Live entertainment of varying types played at the stage at the back of the library--Irish step dancing, Native American dances, high school bands, and (most important of all) the melodrama, The Purloined Box. Bradley expertly provided the mood music and sound effects for this fine theatrical event.
In between events, we had a BBQ with some good friends. Telima and Tyler, Liz and Jon, and Kate and Jordan (along with various and sundry kids) joined us for grilled chicken, salads, and (later that evening) razzleberry pie, ice cream, and plenty of glow sticks.
