What's your earliest memory?
I have a good memory. (Especially compared to my husband. Then again, goldfish have good memories compared to my husband.) I think I remember seeing my little brother for the first time, in the hospital. I was 21 months old. Is that even possible, that little?
(That is, if it was my older little brother. If it was my younger little brother, then I was four years old, and so remembering that is no great feat. But I do think it was David.)

I can remember when we drove to get Henry! That was before David was born, but not by much.
ReplyDeleteAlso a family reunion in the snowy mountains Mother had even forgotten about until I'd asked to make sure it was a real memory and not just something I had seen in a movie.
I can also remember that snow stom in Vegas that Mom wouldn't let David out in because he was too young and so we scooped up enough of the barely sticking on the ground snow to make a snowball and put it in the freezer for him to play with when he woke up from his nap.
