Making Momma Proud

"So, Hebs, you can see here, through the hand lens, the equal proportions of orthoclase and plagioclase feldspars that make this boulder not a granite, but a quartz monzonite."

"I see, Gee! And the much smaller proportion of quartz also indicates a monzonite."
